Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP/IT consulting.
• Strong proficiency with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on networking troubleshooting and VPN support experience.

Responsibilities

• Own issues end-to-end from diagnosis to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) and related configurations.
• Communicate clearly with end users and maintain thorough documentation.
