Job summary

The role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues while assisting with systems administration, security, and technology projects to improve the Firm’s IT environment.

You will provide onsite and remote support, set up technology for new employees, and train users on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years IT support experience.
• Proficient with Windows and iOS platforms.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Help Desk requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, devices.
• Support IT infrastructure, devices, and cloud services; assist with maintenance and audits.
• Set up technology for new employees and provide onsite and remote support.
• Assist with maintaining security protocols and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Support ITManager with technology projects and Firm-wide initiatives.
