Job summary
O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our internal IT team as a key resource for our Northern California offices. You will provide hands-on, in-person and remote support to attorneys and staff, participate in technology initiatives, and help strengthen our infrastructure as the firm grows nationally.
The ideal candidate thrives on a balance of technical work and people interaction, works well independently, and builds trusted relationships within a collaborative IT team
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in IT support/service desk/IT operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environments.
- Experience with M365 applications and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to attorneys and staff, locally and remotely.
- Manage on-site IT resources for Northern California offices (SF, Sacramento, Fresno) and occasional travel.
- Handle user requests from intake to resolution with professionalism.
- Assist with workstation deployment, patches, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Support conferencing and meeting technology; coordinate equipment deployments and office tech needs.
