Responsibilities

• Technical Support: manage daily Help Desk requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, laptops, and mobile devices.
• System Administration: support IT infrastructure, devices, and cloud services; assist with maintenance and audits.
• User Support & Training: set up tech for new employees and provide onsite/remote support; train on tech and IT best practices.
• Security & Compliance: assist with security protocols, monitor vulnerabilities, escalate concerns.
• IT Projects: assist with upgrades, deployments, and firm-wide technology initiatives.
