Job summary

CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is seeking a senior IT technical support specialist to manage day-to-day end-user support for a 120-employee Windows environment across multi-site offices in lower Manhattan and NJ. You will troubleshoot complex issues, mentor staff, and contribute to IT projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities include deploying workstations, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and security/compliance, with occasional site visits to Glen Rock, NJ and

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user technical support in a Windows-based environment.
• familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and participate in IT projects.

Responsibilities

• End User Technical Support: handle daily on-site and remote support and deploy new workstations.
• Network Infrastructure: assist with configuring/maintaining firewalls, switches, and ISPs.
• System Administration: manage servers/workstations, perform updates/patches/backups.
• Security and Compliance: follow security policies and assist with vulnerability remediation.
• Project Participation: support upgrades, cloud migration, virtualization, and automation.
• Documentation & Training: maintain docs and train junior staff.
• Occasional travel to sites.
