Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3 years IT infrastructure or systems administration experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in plant environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Cisco Duo and VPN technologies.
• Experience in a multi-site network environment.
• Ability to analyze data and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional interaction with internal/external customers.
• Commitment to safety and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in all AgCertain environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams on IT support and planning.
• Manage user accounts, access, and offboarding; ensure network requirements are met.
• Monitor cybersecurity issues and implement solutions.
• Keep Windows Server environments updated; manage AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Configure and maintain VPN and remote access.
• Support Cisco and Ubiquiti networks; troubleshoot wired/wireless issues.
• Install infrastructure hardware and support MS 365 and on-prem Exchange.
• Assist with warehouse scanners, mobile devices, printers; hands-on IT support.
• Deploy desktops/laptops; adhere to SOPs and complete documentation.
• Participate in trainings; perform additional duties as assigned.
