Job summary

American Golf Corporation seeks a Senior IT Support Analyst to lead day-to-day IT support operations at Heartwell Golf Course and across locations, providing advanced technical and business-systems support.

You will oversee the IT support team, manage incidents, document processes, and drive continuous improvements in a fully on-site environment, ensuring reliable technology for golf operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive IT/support/related experience.
• Experience leading IT support teams and managing incidents from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support team, assign work, set priorities, and ensure service targets are met.
• Manage daily support queue and incident lifecycle; escalate and resolve effectively.
• Serve as senior escalation point for hardware, software, networking, and POS issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in user experience.
• Oversee documentation, training, and knowledge resources; support vendor relations.
