Job summary

Farmington Country Club is seeking an IT Support Specialist to own front-line help desk support, including application-level account administration and day-to-day technology operations across the Club. The role involves onboarding/offboarding coordination, device imaging and deployment, and support for POS and reservations, serving as the first contact for staff technology issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of help desk or end-user IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with application-level account administration (e.g., Northstar Nexus, POS) and familiarity with AD/Entra ID can be helpful.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary staff contact for technology issues across departments; resolve hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding workflows and provision domain accounts as needed.
• Image, configure, and deploy staff workstations and mobile devices; support network connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation for onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting steps, and device inventory.
