Qualifications

• Three to five years of IT support experience or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, OS, networking, and business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, and networking concepts.
• Experience using IT service management or ticketing systems to track issues.
• Ability to support users across multiple locations onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and access issues.
• Support POS systems, hardware peripherals, and payment devices.
• Respond to tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and follow through to resolution.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
• Assist with setup, configuration, maintenance and replacement of equipment.
• Educate employees on technology usage and basic security practices.
