Job summary
American Golf Corporation seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver technical and business systems support at Heartwell Golf Course in Long Beach, CA, with travel to other locations as needed. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, POS systems, and business apps for stable technology operations.
Work with employees, location leadership, and vendors to resolve issues, deploy updates, and improve system performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related tech role.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Azure, and basic networking.
- Experience with IT service management/ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support across locations and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, POS, and access issues.
- Administer Windows/Microsoft 365, Azure services, peripherals, printers, and devices.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolve or escalate incidents.
- Collaborate with departments and vendors to resolve system issues.
