Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin/Illinois is seeking an on-site IT Field Services professional for the Enterprise Tech Field Services group. The role supports 40 hours per week with on-call rotation and requires a 5+ year IT operations background.

You will implement ITIL-based processes, manage devices, and work across clinical and operational functions to keep systems running. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a complex IT operating/support environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Advocate Health IT standards and participate in change control.
• Adhere to ITAM processes for device removal and inventory management.
• Lead field projects across acquisitions, new system implementations, upgrades, maintenance, or retirements; guide teams.
• Onboarding/mentoring field service teammates on policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Build relationships with Site Leadership to improve productivity and engagement between IT and business partners.
• Represent IT on enterprise-wide technical oversight committees and teams.
