Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for the US office, providing responsive support to users at all levels.
• Deliver high-quality IT support to professionals, executives and staff.
• Own office technology projects, relocations, cabling, connectivity and fit-outs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology with business needs.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Windows and end-user environments.
• Coordinate relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Support onboarding, hardware deployment and tech requirements of the US operation.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues with hands-on troubleshooting.
