Franklin Fitch is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Boston to recruit a Client Systems Manager. This hybrid role leads a team of developers supporting client-facing systems, with accountability for technology strategy and delivery that underpins sales and distribution capabilities.
The successful candidate will balance hands-on development leadership with strategic oversight, working with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technology solutions,
Formación
- Proven leadership of software engineers or developers.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of software developers and technical resources.
- Provide technical leadership across client and distribution technology.
- Oversee design, development and delivery of new applications and integrations.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Distribution to translate requirements into tech solutions.
- Own the roadmap and evolution of key client-facing systems.
- Support platforms including Salesforce and Seismic.
- Drive best-practice software engineering across the team.
- Manage third-party technology partners and vendors.
