Job summary

uniQure in Lexington seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead on-site and remote end-user support, focusing on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Teams. You will work with the US IT Lead to standardize onboarding, device provisioning, and Intune governance across macOS and Windows, with remote fault resolution and occasional on-site visits.

As part of a global IT team, you escalate to senior engineers, maintain high service levels, support meeting-room tech, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Teams in a large enterprise.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Intune device management and policy deployment.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management.
• Ability to support remote and field-based users.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Microsoft 365 for Lexington.
• Administers Entra ID and MFA policies.
• Owns Microsoft Teams support for Lexington.
• Co-owns onboarding standards and Intune provisioning.
• Works with global IT team on standards and handovers.
• Provide on-site and remote helpdesk support.
