Qualifications

• Experience in desktop, deskside, or internal IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, Windows, and connectivity.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing, incident, change, or asset-management systems.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and workplace peripherals.
• Good understanding of endpoint security and multi-factor authentication.
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• A+; ITIL; or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues involving computers, applications, operating systems, peripherals, and network access.
• Deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, docking stations, and other user equipment.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Office applications, and Azure-based services.
• Assist users with account access, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint security.
• Support meeting-room, presentation, and video-conferencing technology.
• Contribute to system upgrades, software rollouts, and other IT projects.
• Maintain support documentation, equipment records, and service desk information.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior IT colleagues.
