Qualifications

• At least 5 years in technical support, desktop support, or helpdesk.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Provisioning and hardware maintenance across sites.
• Provide Level 1 and basic Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 apps.
• Assist with ticketing system and SLA adherence.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and asset tracking.
