Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT systems experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with the administration and architecture of Okta, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Experience using SaaS Management Platforms to manage a wide catalog of tools.
• AI fluency and interest in using AI tools to increase engineering velocity.
• Proficiency in Okta to support IAM and user lifecycle initiatives.
• Ability to manage and support 30+ SaaS platforms; adaptable and fast learner.
• Strong supportive mindset and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Core Platform Architecture: Act as the primary architect and administrator for core enterprise platforms like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• SaaS and AI Enablement: Lead technical strategy for enterprise-wide SaaS adoption and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ecosystem Management: Administer 30+ SaaS platforms; use SMPs to maintain visibility and licenses.
• AI-Driven Velocity: Champion AI tools to accelerate ideas into executed solutions.
• Automation: Maintain and improve user lifecycle workflows.
• Audits & Optimization: Conduct audits to optimize resources and security.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain source-of-truth documentation.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members and raise performance.
