Job summary
Justworks, based in New York City, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to champion endpoint management, workplace technology, and the Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You will blend hands‑on troubleshooting with automation, AI‑assisted tooling, and rigorous process improvement to keep employees productive and secure.
In this role, you’ll lead initiatives across OS, networking, and asset management, provide white‑glove support to remote and in‑office staff, and help shape our IT operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional IT Support experience in startup, tech, or enterprise environments.
- Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on experience using AI assistants to improve troubleshooting, documentation, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical expert for complex endpoint, OS, networking, and workplace technology issues.
- Engineer and improve endpoint technologies, configurations, and asset management processes.
- Deliver white-glove technical support to remote and in‑office staff.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term solutions.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and IT teams to improve the employee technology experience.
