Job summary

Hermeus in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to serve as the hands-on technical anchor for daily IT operations, owning endpoint management, identity and endpoint security. You will resolve escalated issues, mentor junior staff, and drive automation with PowerShell to replace one-off fixes.

Based on-site at our LA office, you will collaborate with Cyber, Networking, and People teams and travel to other Hermeus sites as needed to support projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Senior IT support experience with hands-on operational focus.
• Willingness to travel to other Hermeus sites for projects and operations.
• On-site role based in Los Angeles with flexible shift coverage.
