Job summary

Signify Technology is seeking a hands-on IT leader in Los Angeles to own the day-to-day technology experience for the firm, from service desk to endpoint engineering. You will manage a small team and remain hands-on while driving structured service delivery.

You will lead the service desk and Tier 2 layer, set SLAs, provide white-glove executive support, manage Windows/Mac with Intune, Entra ID/Okta, and own Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools. Onsite roles with urgency to hire.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service desk or end-user support team while remaining hands-on.
• Strong MS 365 administration and Intune endpoint management.
• Identity management experience with Entra ID and/or Okta.
• Familiarity with ITSM tooling, SLAs and escalation models.
• Experience with AI/automation workflows to reduce tickets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service desk, Tier 2 / endpoint engineering layer, and escalation path.
• Set and enforce SLAs and report CSAT, backlog, reopen rates and FCR.
• Provide white-glove support for executives and senior leadership escalations.
• Manage Windows and Mac devices via Intune, standard builds and disposal.
• Oversee identity with Entra ID and Okta, provisioning and access requests.
• Own end-user experience in Microsoft 365 and license tracking.
• Support conference rooms and workplace tech across offices.
• Act as first-line support for approved enterprise AI tools and reduce tickets via automation.
