Job summary

Hirewell is seeking an Endpoint Solutions Technician to architect, implement, secure, and maintain endpoint solutions across retail, operations, and corporate environments. You will lead the lifecycle of endpoints, from provisioning to decommissioning, with a strong focus on automation and security.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows-based devices, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and enterprise patch management, along with scripting (PowerShell) and regulatory compliance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Administration, Operations, and Software Support.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and security technologies.
• Experience in console management, server administration, troubleshooting, and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and secure decommissioning.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for endpoint provisioning, software deployment, and configuration management.
• Configure, administer, and optimize endpoint management platforms (Intune, MDM/EMM).
• Implement, maintain, and improve endpoint security controls (EDR, encryption, firewalls, patching).
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations to deliver a secure, scalable endpoint ecosystem.
