Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is seeking an IT support professional to act as escalation point for complex incidents, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and remote connectivity across a distributed workforce.

The role includes managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning and maintaining laptops and mobile devices, and administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, with Intune for app deployment and endpoint policies.

• Administer M365, Active Directory and Entra ID; support Intune for app deployment and endpoint policies.

Job description
