Job summary
Telemetry Today LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the senior hands-on anchor for daily IT operations, resolving issues, mentoring staff, and owning the technical layer beneath the service desk.
Based on site with two shifts 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm, with flexibility. After 60 days, one fixed work-from-home day per week (Mondays). Travel to Hermeus sites is roughly one to two trips per quarter to support projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical layer beneath the service desk: endpoint management, identity, and endpoint security.
- Automate manual processes with PowerShell and drive repeatable IT operations.
- Mentor junior staff and partner with Cyber, Networking, and People teams on cross-team work.
