Church's Texas Chicken is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to deliver advanced technical support in a global enterprise, spanning endpoint management, identity, apps, and networking. You will mentor staff and drive automation while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to maintain a secure IT landscape.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement within a structured IT service model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
5–7 years IT support experience with progression into L2–L3 responsibilities.
2–3 years supporting hybrid cloud environments.
Experience with asset lifecycle management and endpoint deployment.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support across endpoint, identity, application, and network environments.
Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives; mentor junior staff.
Manage endpoint lifecycle, deployment, and security tooling across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Perform root cause analysis, problem management, and incident escalation with SLA adherence.
