SkyChefs is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide advanced support and administer Microsoft 365, identity, and endpoint services across the enterprise from our Irving, TX headquarters. This onsite role includes leading deployments, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting multiple locations.

You'll be the technical escalation point for complex issues, ensure secure and reliable technology services, and partner with vendors and Microsoft support

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows devices, and endpoint management solutions.
• Working knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, identity management, and end-user computing technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITSM processes, ticketing systems, and technical documentation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and connectivity services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, identity, network, and Microsoft 365 issues to minimize business disruption.
• Manage service requests and incidents through established ITSM processes and serve as an escalation point for advanced technical issues.
• Deliver high-priority support to executives, key stakeholders, and business-critical users.
• Act as the technical owner for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer user accounts, access controls, device policies, and related identity services.
• Resolve complex configuration, authentication, synchronization, and integration issues.
• Partner with vendors, service providers, and Microsoft support to manage escalations and improve service performance, security, and user experience.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Support technology refreshes, software deployments, upgrades, patches, and migration initiatives.
• Maintain accurate asset records and work with vendors on warranty, repair, and replacement activities.
• Recommend hardware, software, and endpoint standards that enhance security, supportability, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and configuration standards.
• Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions that improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Support user training and promote adherence to technology, security, and data protection standards.
• Provide recommendations to IT leadership regarding technology improvements, risks, lifecycle planning, and operational enhancements

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will provide advanced technical support and administration of Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, and end-user infrastructure services across the enterprise. Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services. Support multiple locations while leading technology deployments, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

End-User Support
