Job summary

Vytalogy Wellness, LLC is seeking a seasoned IT support professional to provide front-line technical assistance to employees across hardware and software systems. You will resolve issues with a strong focus on customer service, support Microsoft 365, and help onboard users across multiple channels including in-person, phone, chat, and email.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT experience, is self-driven, and can manage tasks with urgency while maintaining data security and asset records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of IT experience required.
• Ability to be a self-starter with little to no supervision.
• Detail oriented with urgency.
• Responsible and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge to support Mac, Windows 10/11, Exchange Online, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within the company.
• Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or other IT support certification.
• Preferred: experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse environments.
• Nice to have: AV/conference room equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and clear communication across all channels.
• Install, configure and support OT computer systems and printers.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and user onboarding.
• Install and configure user hardware, software, phones, printers, and conference room tech.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets in line with KPIs.
• Provide training sessions or quick guides, contribute to knowledge base resources.
• Ensure data integrity and security across systems.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and secure storage of equipment.
• Stay updated on AI-driven IT support tools and service desk automation improvements.
• Participate in security awareness initiatives and vulnerability remediation.
• Use PowerShell or automation tools to streamline tasks.
• Travel between facilities up to 25%.
• Perform checks on major equipment in server/data rooms (UPS, switches, servers) for signs of hardware failures.
