RxSense LLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to be the primary IT presence in our Boston office. You will own complex end-user issues, drive AI-assisted automation, and contribute to cloud initiatives with the global IT team.

You will manage the IT ticket queue, support Windows/macOS endpoints, and assist with networking, security, and documentation. This role requires collaboration with facilities and security teams and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Formación

• 3+ years IT experience focused on end-user support and networking.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS and enterprise endpoint tools (Intune, JAMF).
• Hands-on with Google Workspace, Okta, Windows 365, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP for admin tasks; basic cloud networking concepts.
• Basic familiarity with network hardware and routine support tasks.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python; experience with AI tools in IT context.
• Familiar with AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot, GitHub Copilot).
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary on-site IT resource for Boston staff and provide quality support.
• Manage IT ticket queue and SLA targets; escalate to senior engineers when needed.
• Provision and support Windows and macOS endpoints and devices.
• Support A/V, conferencing equipment, and display tech for meetings.
• Handle user accounts, MFA, and access provisioning; manage inventory and asset records.
• Assist with office moves and workspace setup; manage physical access systems.
• Administer AWS, Azure, and GCP environments with systems engineers.
• Maintain Windows 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Build and maintain automation scripts; version control with GitHub.
• Create and maintain end-user guides and runbooks with AI-assisted updates.
• Deliver internal training and promote AI-powered IT improvements.
