Job summary

Full Visibility LLC seeks an Enterprise IT Strategy & Operations Lead with a TS/SCI clearance to work onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role provides strategic leadership across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, data strategy, and modernization, interfacing with CIO-level leadership to translate mission objectives into executable technology roadmaps.

Ideal candidates will have PMP certification and 5+ years of leadership experience in IT/cyber and data disciplines, plus a strong background

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Active PMP certification required.
Experience leading IT/cyber, software eng, and data/AI teams in government or private sectors.
Experience briefing CIO/CISO leadership on organization-wide actions.
Experience overseeing cyber orders and directives from command authorities.
Experience in government/private networking, LAN/WAN, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives across architecture, cloud, infrastructure, data, DevSecOps, and modernization.
Develop and maintain enterprise IT and portfolio roadmaps, strategies, and governance.
Align technology investments with mission priorities and provide executive-level briefings.
Guide CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, cloud migration, and unified communications deployments.
