• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Active PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years overseeing manpower planning across diverse technical skills.
• 5+ years of financial and contract performance monitoring using metrics.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and subcontractors.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior government and corporate stakeholders.
• Experience managing risks, resources, schedules, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Provide leadership across IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and PM functions.
• Maintain effective communication with government stakeholders and teams.
• Establish program governance, schedules, performance controls, and risk reporting.
• Monitor program performance against objectives (technical, schedule, staffing, quality, cost).
• Lead workforce planning and manpower requirements.
• Manage staffing, subcontractor integration, and resource allocation.
• Support financial management, forecasting, and contract performance analysis.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
• Lead executive-level program reviews and report status and actions.
• Exercise authority to commit resources when required.
