cFocus Software seeks a CODE – CIO Task Lead / ISSM to join our USAF program on-site in Linthicum Heights, MD. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and leads IT strategy, governance, and security operations for critical defense systems.

You will coordinate contractor teams, manage risk and compliance under NIST/ISO/CMMC, oversee vulnerability management, incident response, and audits, and liaise with Government stakeholders to meet contract requirements.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years IT leadership and CIO-level accountability.
• 5+ years IT strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years IT workforce planning and budgeting experience.
• 5+ years IT investment management experience.
• 5+ years Information Security and Privacy experience.
• 5+ years Digital Equity and Accessibility experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractor personnel and subcontractors delivering Task 9 cybersecurity services.
• Serve as primary CODE contact; coordinate communications and requirements.
• Implement and maintain security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, or CMMC) and audits.
• Oversee vulnerability management, weekly scans, remediation, and secure configuration management.
• Coordinate intelligence-driven threat hunting and monitoring across IT and OT environments.
• Oversee RMF/ATO processes, eMASS submissions, continuous monitoring, and STIG compliance.
• Lead incident response coordination and post IOC SOC activities.
• Ensure security reviews of infrastructure as code before production deployments.
• Oversee third-party security vendors and enterprise cybersecurity education.
