Job summary

Full Visibility LLC in Linthicum Heights, MD seeks a Cybersecurity Task Lead with TS/SCI to work onsite. You will provide senior leadership for enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity, budgeting, and privacy, coordinating contractor personnel and cross-team technical activities to support mission priorities.

The role requires CIO-level management experience with cybersecurity leadership and strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams, guiding risk assessments, audits, and security program

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT leadership and accountability.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT strategic planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT workforce planning and development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT budgeting, including annual or multi-year planning, programming, or budgeting activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT investment management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security and privacy programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting digital equity or accessibility of information and communications technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex activities across multiple technical or project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior Government and contractor leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of contractor personnel and CIO-related activities.
• Support implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing activities.
• Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity audits and support validation of security controls.
• Coordinate activities among multiple project and technical teams.
• Promote a security-first culture through cybersecurity awareness and training.
• Support enterprise IT governance and strategic planning.
• Support IT workforce planning and development.
• Support IT budgeting and funding activities.
• Support IT investment management and portfolio analysis.
