Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated seeks a CODE Services Task Lead / CODE Strategy Support to join our USAF program. On-site in Linthicum Heights, MD, this role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

The selected candidate will lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives, guide cloud and data strategies, and coordinate portfolio governance to support mission outcomes. Responsibilities include briefing CIO/CISO, supervising cross-disciplinary teams, and driving modernization through DevSecOps

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience briefing CIO/CISO on agency-wide actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing teams in IT/cyber, networking, and infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC3 enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives and align plans with mission and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Guide enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and data strategy; coordinate data-layer interoperability.
• Govern enterprise IT portfolios, deliver monthly strategy and portfolio updates; optimize resource allocations.
• Conduct data-driven cost-benefit analyses for build-versus-buy decisions and investment priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders to identify new technologies and maintain CODE Strategic Communications Plan.
• Oversee IT debt audits, security gaps, and data schemas while ensuring compliance.
• Lead trade studies and total cost of ownership analyses before changing legacy architecture; drive remediation via DevSecOps pipelines.
• Brief leadership on agency-wide actions and supervise cross-disciplinary teams.
