Job summary

Din Development Corporation in Linthicum, MD, seeks a Senior IT Strategy & Enterprise Services Lead to guide a complex federal IT and cybersecurity program. You will shape enterprise strategy, portfolios, cloud migrations, data initiatives, and modernization efforts across classified and unclassified networks.

You will brief CIO/CISO-level stakeholders and lead DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code initiatives, with travel as required. US citizenship and TS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required with Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Network Security, CS, or MIS.
• Minimum 3 years leading IT/cyber teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience briefing CIO/CISO-level leadership on enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives across complex environments.
• Develop and support enterprise IT strategies, roadmaps, and portfolios.
• Support architecture, cloud, data strategy, and modernization efforts.
• Lead teams across classified/unclassified network environments.
• Manage portfolios, governance, and resource priorities.
• Support DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and IaC.
• Provide executive briefings to CIO/CISO-level stakeholders.
