Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT leadership and accountability.
• Experience in IT strategic planning and workforce development.
• Experience with IT budgeting, investment management, and portfolio analysis.
• Background in information security and privacy governance.
• Experience supporting digital equity or accessibility of ICT.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of contractor personnel and CIO-related activities.
• Coordinate cybersecurity risk assessments and audits.

• Support IT budgeting, programming, and multi-year planning.
