Job summary

Gymreapers LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology to build and lead the enterprise IT capability across cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, integrations, architecture, IT operations, governance and third-party technology partners.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on problem solving and aims to create a scalable, secure technology operating model to support rapid growth and complex tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading broad enterprise IT capabilities in a growing organization.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, endpoint management, networking and cloud/SaaS security.
• Experience owning or supporting enterprise business applications such as ERP, WMS, financial, commerce and supply-chain platforms.
• Experience designing, managing or governing enterprise integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Gymreapers' enterprise technology roadmap in partnership with business leadership.
• Establish a scalable target architecture for ERP, WMS, finance, commerce and integration capabilities.
• Establish foundational cybersecurity program including IAM, MFA, endpoint security and vulnerability management.
• Own governance across enterprise application portfolio and define roadmaps and ownership.
• Own the architecture, reliability and governance of enterprise integrations and APIs.
