Job summary

Motion is seeking a senior information security leader to establish and drive the strategic direction for its cybersecurity program across IAM, GRC, and cyber defense. This role will mature the enterprise security operating model and align security initiatives with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will translate technical risk into executive-level decisions, guide multi-year modernization, and ensure audit-ready controls while coordinating with legal and leadership on disclosures.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or related field.
• Fifteen+ years of experience in a publicly traded company.
• Expertise in cybersecurity and enterprise defense methodologies.
• Experience with security systems, tools, and protocols.
• Ability to translate cyber exposures into business risk language for executives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for information security, IAM, cyber defense, and GRC.
• Mature enterprise security operating model across governance, architecture, data protection, privacy and incident response.
• Lead cyber risk prioritization linked to business impact and regulatory exposure.
• Establish governance with board reporting and audit-ready evidence.
• Coordinate security readiness and disclosure with legal and executives.
