Job summary

Gainor Staffing seeks its senior IT leader to shape enterprise IT strategy, operations and service delivery. This role reports to the CEO and oversees a $30M+ technology portfolio in a mature environment ripe for modernization and AI adoption.

The leader will partner across scientific research, manufacturing, quality, commercial and corporate functions to advance the organization’s mission and ensure secure, reliable technology delivery with cross-functional governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading an IT organization or major function.
• Experience managing budgets, teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise IT strategy, operations and governance.
• Oversee security, continuity planning and risk management.
• Lead a global team of IT professionals, contractors and partners.
• Develop technology roadmaps and investment prioritization.
• Sponsor AI adoption and emerging technologies for productivity.
• Partner with research, manufacturing, quality and corporate functions.
• Ensure reliable, secure and scalable technology platforms.
