IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology to lead infrastructure strategy, architecture, and security operations across multiple US locations in a hybrid work environment. You will guide critical initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure or security operations leadership experience.
• Strong technical foundation across infrastructure engineering, architecture, or operations.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Strategy and Execution: Develop and support the infrastructure strategy and roadmap to ensure systems are highly available, scalable, and secure.
• Operational Excellence and Delivery: Establish and monitor how infrastructure work flows across teams, identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
• Technology Leadership and Innovation: Oversee evaluation, selection, and implementation of infrastructure technologies aligned to long-term needs.
• Security and Risk Management: Partner with security to ensure architectures align to enterprise standards and address risks proactively.
• Team and Organizational Leadership: Build and lead high-performing engineering teams with accountability and clarity.
• Financial and Resource Management: Drive financial planning, forecasting, and expense management for infrastructure services.
