Lamark Media seeks a Senior IT Specialist to deliver efficient IT support and system administration. You will manage incidents, document SOPs, and support ongoing system implementations, upgrades, and migrations with a focus on user experience.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support or admin, strong documentation skills, and experience with Microsoft 365, Slack, Entra/Exchange across macOS and Windows. Hybrid/remote readiness and cross-department collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT/Support, Systems Administrator, or Senior Help Desk experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, Slack Enterprise, and Entra/Exchange.
• Experience with both Microsoft and Apple operating systems and user support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues and service desk requests.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and IT improvements.
• Help administer and manage Microsoft 365, Entra, and JAMF environments.
