Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Specialist IT Support to lead regional IT services and align US operations with company standards. You will manage, maintain, and improve Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints and user lifecycle while collaborating with a global IT team.

The role requires hands‑on support, documentation, and the ability to wear multiple hats during growth. You will work onsite in New Jersey and contribute to a secure, scalable IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in IT operations and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee end-user support onsite and remote.
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Assist with infrastructure readiness and local site operations.
• Support Veeva and SAP/ERP systems where applicable.
• Maintain security and regulatory compliance across the IT landscape.
• Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.
