Robinhood is recruiting for an IT Financial Compliance Senior Manager to strengthen financial controls and SOX compliance across infrastructure and data pipelines. The role collaborates with Engineering, Security, Finance, and auditors to ensure strong control design and effective operation in a fast-paced environment.

The team’s mission is managing internal controls, IT general controls, and financial reporting integrity, while supporting growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
• Strong exposure to SOX IT general controls and application controls.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain IT infrastructure controls aligned to SOX and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Platform, Infrastructure, and Security teams to align systems with control objectives and audit evidence.
• Assess new systems and services to identify control gaps and remediation actions.
• Lead IT SOX readiness and integration for acquisitions and major changes.
• Perform IT SOX assessments ahead of product launches and system upgrades.
• Lead IT change management and production access governance.
