Robinhood is seeking an IT Financial Compliance Senior Manager to implement and supervise IT control design across infrastructure, changes, and data pipelines. You will partner with Engineering and Finance to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness while driving scalable control practices.

The role supports cross-office teams and involves hands-on assessment of new systems and production governance. Based in our Chicago, IL office with in-person attendance at least 3 days weekly, you will lead

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance, or related field with SOX ITGC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IAM.
• Hands-on change management processes and tools experience.
• Experience designing controls over data pipelines and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement practical controls and explain requirements.
• Analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with auditors and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IT infrastructure controls aligned to SOX requirements.
• Partner with Platform, Infrastructure, and Security teams for control objectives.
• Assess new systems and tools to identify control gaps and remediation actions.
• Lead IT SOX readiness for new acquisitions and product launches.
• Oversee testing of IT general controls and coordinate remediation.
• Prepare control documentation and audit evidence for audits.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear implementation guidance.
