• Develop and implement bid documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and track performance metrics.
• Analyze market dynamics and provide optimization recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to source products/services using proven tools and analytics.
• Manage vendor negotiations and escalation of contractual issues with compliance teams.
• Coordinate vendor reviews, risk assessments, and annual vendor plans.
