Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Senior IT Solutions Manager - Operations (NorAm) in Chicago to lead the design, management, and optimization of IT systems across Purchasing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

Reporting to the VP of IT, this role partners with NorAm leaders and global IT to drive data-driven decisions, ensure system reliability, and deliver end-to-end IT solutions with a strong focus on operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT leadership focusing on Purchasing and Supply Chain systems in Manufacturing or CPG.
• Experience implementing ERP and Supply Chain planning solutions; SAP strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing a broad IT/operations project portfolio aligned with governance and corporate strategy.
• Experience leading full lifecycle IT solution implementations; planning, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience in project leadership, project management, and vendor management.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic guidance to optimize IT systems across Supply Chain, Purchasing and Operations.
• Serve as primary contact for cross-functional teams, ensure adoption of IT solutions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose root causes, and improve system reliability.
• Lead global initiatives affecting Operations and align regional needs with group IT systems.
• Manage project portfolio and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
