Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience required.
• Strong technical skills in Windows, Office, Outlook/Exchange, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead local IT initiatives and projects with vendors.
• Provide second-line support across channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
• Escalate major incidents with global teams and act as a contact point for major issues.
• Manage users, access rights, and endpoint incidents per security standards.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to improve service quality.
