Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving processes using Lean methodologies.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve manufacturing processes using Lean tools.
• Collaborate with design teams for new product introductions.
• Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues remotely and on-site.
