Qualifications

5+ years in technical support across PC, Mac, Linux, networks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure/Entra ID, Cisco VPN, and AI tools (ChatGPT).
Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and modern MDM/UEM platforms.
Strong troubleshooting in multi‑platform environments.
Understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity in AI usage.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support for Windows, MacOS, Linux, mobile devices, network hardware, and asset tools.
Investigate and resolve complex issues to ensure timely service restoration.
Mentor IT teammates and handle escalated issues with depth of expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors as needed.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to SOPs and knowledge bases.
Assist onboarding and prepare new hires with systems access and setup.
