Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive information technology operations and infrastructure leadership.
• 8+ years in leadership/management of technical teams.
• 2+ years managing enterprise cloud environments, AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• 2+ years enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancing, wireless, telecom.
• 2+ years in enterprise monitoring/observability platforms.
• 2+ years IT service desk management, SLA tracking, and customer satisfaction measurement.
• 2+ years IT vendor management, contract oversight, SOW development, procurement support.
• 2+ years data protection and backup solutions.
• 2+ years cybersecurity governance and compliance in regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations and ensure availability of enterprise systems.
• Triage and track service tickets for cloud, hosting, and network services.
• Coordinate DNS changes, firewall updates, account provisioning, and access management.
• Lead incident response for major outages including root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships, status calls, and contract renewals.
• Review procurement documents, SLAs, and Statements of Work.
• Conduct interviews and hiring for infrastructure and client support roles.
• Develop and update SOPs for ITIM service areas to standardize operations.
• Prepare weekly status reports for IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Support HIPAA/CMS governance and security initiatives within IT services.
