This role provides leadership across Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and IT Asset management to ensure reliable technology service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM strategy, roadmap, and governance across enterprise services.
• Define policies, standards, controls, and operating rhythms for ITSM.
• Align ITSM with customer needs, technology strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk.
• Assess process maturity and prioritize improvements based on value and readiness.
• Represent ITSM priorities in planning, architecture, operations, and risk discussions.
