Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT field experience with system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Residence in Lakeland, FL greater area.
• Pursuing or having CompTIA+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-rate IT and on-site support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Install, maintain, test, and repair IT infrastructure and related equipment.
• Input and maintain records for network users, security, and inventory.
• Assist in hardware/software evaluations and network updates.
